Auditions and Applications


Thank you for your interest in The Ailey School Programs




Please read full instructions below before starting an application.


Ailey/Fordham BFA Applicants: Deadline to submit the application form is November 16. Application does not require a fee.


Junior Division and Professional Division Applicants: We recommend submitting your application form at least 1 week prior to your chosen audition date. Online Registration is mandatory and registration will close 24 hours from audition date or when we reach the capacity. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ALLOWED.


IMPORTANT! - Your application will not be considered until you complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out the application form in its entirety.
  2. Pay the Non-Refundable $20.00 audition/application fee for Junior and Professional Division Application Forms.
  3. Review and click SUBMIT to complete your application form. An automatic email will be sent that you have successfully completed and submitted your application form.
  4. If applying by Video audition: Fill out the application form and upload your videos and dance photos. Then you must return to your application form to pay your non-refundable application fee and submit to complete your application. Failing to return to your application form after uploading your videos and photos will result in an Incomplete application and deemed inadmissible.
